Your business runs itself. Properly.

Most companies are still doing by hand what software has been able to do for years. We find that work, automate it properly, and hand your team the keys.

A new practice, run by someone who has shipped this kind of work before.

The manual way is expensive, and nobody notices

The cost turns up in small pieces: an afternoon spent copying numbers between two systems, a chase email somebody forgot, a report rebuilt from scratch every month. Each piece is small, but together they can add up to a salary.

Hours, weekly

Copying data between systems that do not talk

Errors, silently

Because someone did the same thing hundreds of times

Decisions, late

Because the report takes two days to build

Good people, bored

Doing work that should never have reached them

Three ways in

We start with a single automation that pays for itself, then widen. You do not have to buy the whole programme on day one.

Implementation

We build the system and put it into production.

We map the work, pick the few jobs where automation pays, and build them. We use AI where it earns its place and plain software where that does the job better. At the end, something new is running in your business.

  • Process mapping and an honest shortlist
  • Build, test and deploy into your real tools
  • Monitoring, so you know when it breaks
  • Handover documentation your team can follow

Consultancy

We tell you where to start, and where not to bother.

We go through your operation, find where the time goes, and give you a ranked plan with numbers against each item. The plan is yours to hand to any builder, though we would like it to be us.

  • Operational audit, end to end
  • Ranked opportunities with effort and payback
  • A build plan you own and can take anywhere
  • A clear list of what to leave alone

Workshops and training

We train your team to build and run automations themselves.

We run practical sessions with your people on their own work, until they can build and run automations without us and do not need to call us every time something changes.

  • Hands-on sessions on your real processes
  • AI agents and automation, explained without the hype
  • Prompting and tooling your team will keep using
  • Follow-up support while it beds in

From first call to handover

  1. 1

    A call

You describe the work that annoys you most. In thirty minutes we can usually tell you whether it is worth automating.

  2. 2

    A map

We look at how the work really happens, not how the process document says it does. You get a ranked list with numbers on it.

  3. 3

    A build

We build the first automation and put it live. It is small enough to finish quickly and big enough that someone notices the time it gives back.

  4. 4

    A handover

You get documentation, training and monitoring, so you can run it without us. Call us when you want the next one.

Four rules we do not break

Automate the right thing

Automating a broken process makes it break faster. We fix the process first, then automate it.

AI where it earns its place

Some jobs need a language model. Most need a scheduled script and someone who cares. We will tell you which is which.

You own it

The accounts, data, code and documentation belong to you. You never pay us just to get at your own system.

Boring in production

We pick proven, dull tools over new ones, because they are the ones still working at 3am.

Reasonable questions

How much does it cost?

It depends on the work, so any number here would be made up. Scope comes out of the first call, and you get a fixed price before anything is built.

Will this replace my staff?

Not the way we work. We take the repetitive work off people so they can spend their time on the parts of the job that need a person. If your goal is to reduce headcount, say so on the call and we will be straight with you about what is realistic.

We have already tried AI and it was useless.

Usually because it was pointed at the wrong problem, or because nobody owned it afterwards. Both are fixable, and both are the first things we look at.

What tools do you work with?

Whatever you already run. The aim is to connect the systems you have, and we only suggest a new tool when nothing you own can do the job.

How long until something is live?

We aim to have a first automation live within a few weeks of agreeing the scope. If anyone promises you a full transformation by Friday, close the tab.

What size of business do you work with?

Any size where somebody is doing repetitive work by hand. That is most of them.

What would you stop doing by hand?

Bring one job that eats your week to a thirty minute call. If it is not worth automating, we will say so, and you will have lost half an hour.
