Three ways in.

Any piece of work is some mix of these. We start small, and widen only once the first piece has paid for itself.

Implementation

We build the system and put it into production.

We map the work, pick the few jobs where automation pays, and build them. We use AI where it earns its place and plain software where that does the job better. At the end, something new is running in your business.

The first build is small on purpose. It should be working within weeks and take a real job off someone's desk, so you can judge the approach before committing to more.

  • Process mapping and an honest shortlist
  • Build, test and deploy into your real tools
  • Monitoring, so you know when it breaks
  • Handover documentation your team can follow

Consultancy

We tell you where to start, and where not to bother.

We go through your operation, find where the time goes, and give you a ranked plan with numbers against each item. The plan is yours to hand to any builder, though we would like it to be us.

This suits businesses that already suspect where the waste is but want the case made properly before they spend. It also suits anyone who has been quoted for a transformation programme and wants a second opinion.

  • Operational audit, end to end
  • Ranked opportunities with effort and payback
  • A build plan you own and can take anywhere
  • A clear list of what to leave alone

Workshops and training

We train your team to build and run automations themselves.

We run practical sessions with your people on their own work, until they can build and run automations without us and do not need to call us every time something changes.

Sessions are hands-on and built around your own processes. Each person should leave having built something they will use on Monday, because training that stays theoretical is forgotten by the end of a busy week.

  • Hands-on sessions on your real processes
  • AI agents and automation, explained without the hype
  • Prompting and tooling your team will keep using
  • Follow-up support while it beds in

Not sure which one you need?

That is what the first call is for. Describe the work, and we will tell you which of these three applies.
